Gift for Boyfriend

I know it's not really necessary for a girl to give a gift to her boyfriend on Valentine's Day. But I thought that it would be nice if I give my boyfriend one on V-day. The problem is, well, I'm just a student and I have no job whatsoever. That means, I don't have a big budget to spend for the gift. So what's something inexpensive but unique that I could give as a gift to my boyfriend on Valentine's?

My boyfriend and I will be celebrating our first year anniversary as a couple on Valentine's Day. I've been saving up for a nice gift for him which will serve as my anniversary and valentine's present at the same time. Hope you could help me think of a nice gift for him to celebrate this double occasion.
